All ordered before 11:00am Monday to Friday can be sent on the same day dispatch. However, some items on limited stock or out of stock could be delay in process without further notice. We will contact you the same or next business day to let you know if there is anything to change in order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that some orders will arrive on specified date or time by courier as it is out of control.(e.g.., unsuccessful delivery attempts, carrier weather delays, incorrect addresses, etc.) There will be no return or replacement under these circumstances. |

All items are carefully wrapped with extreme care to ensure a safe delivery to its destination. However, you should confirm accurate shipping address before the payment as we will not be responsible for delivery failure at your unattended or wrong address. Most important process is to let us have available day contact number so that recipient should be there for successful shipment. Otherwise, we will charge you for additional reshipment. |

Return Material Authorization Policy(RMA) |
Good damaged during transit in spite of fully careful packaging should be promptly replaced. In case of damage during transport or defective at the factory, clients should send us damage claim form in written form only and faulty products including related photo proofs by e-mail after filling out all sections completely. We will not process to regard incomplete document as no intention of returning faulty products. Return request should be within 14 days of the date the goods were delivered or 72hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. However, client should be responsible for shipping costs back and forth and return it with carefully packaging to avoid any defects during transit. After reviewing damage claim form and returning items by internal quality check taking 2-3 working days, then if dissatisfaction is reasonably caused by transport mistake or fairly natural defective item, we will reimburse the shipping costs afterward. Replacement will be better one either the exactly the same item or the equivalent specification one upon non-existent of it. No credit and refund shall be done as a result of return claim process. |
