Troubleshooting Guide
This guide is designed to help users of the AT3 and ATL2 channel letter bending machines identify and resolve common issues that may arise during operation. from incorrect sizing to material feeding problems. If your issue is not listed here, feel free to contact us at [email protected]
What are you having Troble with?
Letters come out smaller than expected after bending
| Problem | Solution |
| Letters come out smaller than expected after bending and don’t fit properly when mounted to the acrylic face. | Use the inner path (green line) — the inner edge of the acrylic rebate — as the reference when preparing aluminium bending files. |
| The outer path (purple line) is mistakenly used as the reference for both outer and inner shapes. | The aluminium return must follow the inner rebate line, which matches where it’s actually glued to the acrylic face. |

Slotting does not cut fully
| Problem | Solution |
| Slotting only reaches less of the full depth. | In the Workflow Control Dashboard, ensure that on material options, Front Slotting Trip Value and Back Slotting Trip Value are set to the same value.
*If the two values are not identical, slotting will not complete properly. |
